About this piece
Cylinder Studio's numbering system for its Bouquet Vase series signals something that's true in practice: each number is a distinct object, not a size variation. No. 4 is a 7.5" handmade ceramic vessel built around a wide-mouth opening that accommodates fuller arrangements, a stem bundle, dried grasses, or a loose bouquet where the opening doesn't constrict the arrangement into a single vertical.
The hand-built construction gives the Bouquet No. 4 the slight unevenness that distinguishes studio ceramics from production ware: the wall thickness varies slightly, the rim isn't perfectly level, and the surface carries the trace of the maker's process. These are features, not flaws, they're what make the object worth looking at from all sides.
At 7.5" it's a useful working scale, large enough to be a real vessel for fresh or dried arrangements, compact enough to sit on a console or dining table without dominating the surface. Groups naturally with No. 5 for a paired arrangement, or mixed with other Cylinder Studio pieces for a more varied shelf display.
For people who buy ceramics because they like what the material does in a room, not just what it holds.

- Maintenance Oil-finished wood should be re-oiled every 6–12 months using a food-safe wood oil. Avoid prolonged sun exposure — UV light fades natural stains and dries out the wood. Wipe spills immediately and never leave wet items on the surface.
- Cleaning Use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water or mild soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, or bleach-based products, which damage the finish and void the warranty.
Poor or improper maintenance — including failure to re-oil, use of harsh chemicals, or prolonged moisture exposure — disqualifies the item from warranty coverage and return eligibility. Please follow the above guidelines to preserve your piece.
