Cylinder Studio's numbering system for its Bouquet Vase series signals something that's true in practice: each number is a distinct object, not a size variation. No. 4 is a 7.5" handmade ceramic vessel built around a wide-mouth opening that accommodates fuller arrangements, a stem bundle, dried grasses, or a loose bouquet where the opening doesn't constrict the arrangement into a single vertical.

The hand-built construction gives the Bouquet No. 4 the slight unevenness that distinguishes studio ceramics from production ware: the wall thickness varies slightly, the rim isn't perfectly level, and the surface carries the trace of the maker's process.
