About this piece
Designer Chresten Sommer is known for making familiar animals feel alive in wood, and Spirit, his proud deer for Spring Copenhagen, is a perfect example. Crafted from FSC-certified natural oak, stained oak and maple, the contrasting woods give him depth and warmth. Standing 19 cm tall, he pairs beautifully with Spot, the little calf who peeks out from behind him. A Scandinavian Christmas decoration to treasure; care with a damp cloth and occasional beeswax.

- Maintenance Oil-finished wood should be re-oiled every 6–12 months using a food-safe wood oil. Avoid prolonged sun exposure — UV light fades natural stains and dries out the wood. Wipe spills immediately and never leave wet items on the surface.
- Cleaning Use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water or mild soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, or bleach-based products, which damage the finish and void the warranty.
Poor or improper maintenance — including failure to re-oil, use of harsh chemicals, or prolonged moisture exposure — disqualifies the item from warranty coverage and return eligibility. Please follow the above guidelines to preserve your piece.
