Cylinder Studio makes ceramics one at a time, hand-built, hand-finished, and fired individually, which means each piece carries the kind of surface variation and subtle imprecision that machine production can't replicate.The Stem Vase is the studio's most compact offering: a 3.5" bud vase designed around the proportions of a single stem.
The form is focused and minimal, a narrow neck above a gentle body that holds a single flower or thin dried stem at the precise angle needed to display it well. The hand-built ceramic surface has Cylinder Studio's characteristic subtle texture: not rough, but not glassy smooth either, a finish that holds light in a way that makes the piece look different from different distances and angles.
At 3.5", the Stem Vase is best used in groupings, three or four together in slightly varying heights and finishes create a collected arrangement that feels genuinely curated rather than purchased as a set. It also works on a bathroom counter or windowsill where a single bloom needs a vessel proportioned to it rather than oversized.

- Maintenance Oil-finished wood should be re-oiled every 6–12 months using a food-safe wood oil. Avoid prolonged sun exposure — UV light fades natural stains and dries out the wood. Wipe spills immediately and never leave wet items on the surface.
- Cleaning Use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water or mild soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, or bleach-based products, which damage the finish and void the warranty.
Poor or improper maintenance — including failure to re-oil, use of harsh chemicals, or prolonged moisture exposure — disqualifies the item from warranty coverage and return eligibility. Please follow the above guidelines to preserve your piece.
