About this piece
Five hand-turned wooden trees, each stained a dramatic black, make up The Arboretum’s Woodland Ninja Edition. Every tree is shaped individually on a lathe in the studio’s rural Sussex workshop, so each one has its own silhouette and grain. They arrive nestled in their own pots with eco-friendly wood wool, wrapped in tissue inside a branded Woodland gift box. A modern, monochrome alternative to holiday decorations for a mantel, shelf or table.

- Maintenance Oil-finished wood should be re-oiled every 6–12 months using a food-safe wood oil. Avoid prolonged sun exposure — UV light fades natural stains and dries out the wood. Wipe spills immediately and never leave wet items on the surface.
- Cleaning Use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water or mild soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, or bleach-based products, which damage the finish and void the warranty.
Poor or improper maintenance — including failure to re-oil, use of harsh chemicals, or prolonged moisture exposure — disqualifies the item from warranty coverage and return eligibility. Please follow the above guidelines to preserve your piece.
