Refund policy

At Vintique, we stand behind our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. 

Please read our return policy before making a purchase.

 

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Regular-priced items stocked in our store.
  • In-store purchases, if return eligibility is agreed upon at the time of purchase.
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with intact packaging. Items such as tableware, blankets, and pillows cannot be returned.
  • The original receipt is required for all returns.

 

ITEMS THAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED

  • All furniture pieces, excluding mirrors (unless otherwise agreed before purchase).
  • In-store purchases, unless return eligibility is agreed upon at the time of purchase.
  • Sale and clearance items (discounted merchandise).
  • Special orders and non-stocking items, including custom orders. These require a 50% deposit and are submitted for production immediately. The remaining 50% is charged when the order ships. These orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

 

DETAILS

  • Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the item(s).
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Cash and cheque refunds are not available.
  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable once delivered, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Vintique is not responsible for any labour or other expenses related to the sale, delivery, installation, or replacement of products.

 

RETURN PROCESS

  • All returns should be made to our store at 932 College Street, Toronto, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Online purchases are eligible for a refund. In-store purchases, if eligible, can be returned for store credit (unless otherwise agreed).
  • For online orders, please email info@vintique.ca to request a return authorization before sending the item(s) back.
