About this piece
Cylinder Studio's Bud Vase Tall Orb takes an unusual form combination, the compact, rounded body of an orb with a narrow extended neck, and applies the studio's hand-built ceramic process to it with precision. The result is a vase that reads as part sculptural object, part functional vessel: the orb body sits heavily on a surface while the tall neck draws the eye upward to whatever stem it holds.
At 3.5" in height, it's a small piece with a considered silhouette. The Tall Orb's proportions make it work particularly well with single long-stemmed flowers or architectural dried botanicals where the stem's line continues the visual movement begun by the neck. The hand-built surface carries the studio's characteristic slight irregularity, each piece is its own version of the form.
Groups beautifully with the Stem Vase and other compact Cylinder Studio pieces for a curated cluster on a shelf, windowsill, or bedside table. The orb base's visual weight grounds the arrangement even when the pieces are small.

- Maintenance Oil-finished wood should be re-oiled every 6–12 months using a food-safe wood oil. Avoid prolonged sun exposure — UV light fades natural stains and dries out the wood. Wipe spills immediately and never leave wet items on the surface.
- Cleaning Use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water or mild soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, or bleach-based products, which damage the finish and void the warranty.
Poor or improper maintenance — including failure to re-oil, use of harsh chemicals, or prolonged moisture exposure — disqualifies the item from warranty coverage and return eligibility. Please follow the above guidelines to preserve your piece.
