Caswell Table Lamp

Abigail Ahern's lighting is designed on the same principles as her vessels: materials and surfaces that carry the feeling of age and care, combined in a way that gives each piece an atmospheric quality rather than a purely functional one. The Caswell Table Lamp is a glossy enamel base with a marble-pattern dome shade, a combination that reads as both graphic and collected, like something that might have been in a family home since the 1960s.
The enamel body has a high sheen that contrasts with the organic pattern of the shade, and the marble dome diffuses light in a warm, even glow that softens a room without dimming it. At H15.35" x Dia 6.69", it's a proportioned table lamp, tall enough to be a visual presence on a side table or console, narrow enough not to dominate a smaller surface.
