About this piece
Cylinder Studio's Tall Neck Stem Vase is the most elongated piece in the studio's line, a hand-built ceramic form with a generous body below and a dramatically extended neck that changes the proportional logic of the piece entirely. Where the Stem Vase at 3.5" is compact and jewel-like, the Tall Neck Stem Vase at 7.5" is more assertive: a piece that holds a single long stem at height, emphasising the flower or botanical as much as the vessel itself.
The ceramic body has the hand-built character of all Cylinder Studio pieces: slight surface variation, a matte finish that absorbs light rather than reflecting it, and a weight and wall thickness that communicate the material's integrity when you hold it. The extended neck introduces a graphic, almost architectural quality to the silhouette, it reads differently from the front, the side, and the three-quarter view.
At 7.5", the Tall Neck Stem Vase is a strong single object on a shelf or console. Grouped with the Stem Vase and Bud Vase Tall Orb, it creates a staggered height arrangement that reads as a considered collection rather than a set.

- Maintenance Oil-finished wood should be re-oiled every 6–12 months using a food-safe wood oil. Avoid prolonged sun exposure — UV light fades natural stains and dries out the wood. Wipe spills immediately and never leave wet items on the surface.
- Cleaning Use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water or mild soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, or bleach-based products, which damage the finish and void the warranty.
Poor or improper maintenance — including failure to re-oil, use of harsh chemicals, or prolonged moisture exposure — disqualifies the item from warranty coverage and return eligibility. Please follow the above guidelines to preserve your piece.
