Easter Chocolate Rabbit Giveaway Contest Rules

Contest Period
The contest will run from April 8th to April 19th. Entries submitted after the contest period will be disqualified.

Eligibility
- The contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.  
- Employees of VINTIQUE, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:
1. Visit https://vintique.ca/pages/enter-to-win-a-giant-stubbe-chocolate-bunny
2. Complete the entry form with your name, email address, and any other required information.  
3. Submit your entry before the contest deadline.

Contest Prizes
- One (1) winner will receive a chocolate rabbit valued at $165.  
- The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions or cash equivalents will be offered.

Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received.  
- The draw will take place on April 19th.  
- The winner will be notified via phone or email on April 19th

Claiming the Prize
- Winner will be drawn, must respond within 2 days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner will be selected.  
- The prize must be picked up at our Toronto store, 932 College Street during regular business hours.

Privacy
- By entering the contest, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purpose of administering the contest and notifying you if you win.  
- Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

General Conditions
- VINTIQUE reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.  
- The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.  
- VINTIQUE is not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may occur during the entry process.

Limitation of Liability
- By entering the contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless [Your Retail Store Name], its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or the prize.

Changes to the Contest
VINTIQUE reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time, without notice.
